This appears to be some kind of alpine flower that has yet to fully bloom, but I find beauty in its seemingly finite delicate structure. There is something miraculous and amazing about how many incalculable pieces make up the whole of life.
Flowering plants have roots, leaves, petals, and sometimes little filament hair looking things, countless chloroform cells and other structures I will never fully understand. These parts come together to create beauty, all having originally derived from a small piece of pollen.
How can life be anything less than a miracle? It is complex, and it is amazing. There really isn’t anything ordinary about life. This image helps me to focus on that very point.
