Over The Edge

OverTheEdge

A view over the edge of the 2,000′ deep sheer wall that makes up the Black Canyon of the Gunnison National Park. I took this picture from Exclamation Point along the North Vista Trail. This park isn’t easy to get to as its hours away from the nearest interstate and the North Rim is even more off the beaten path than the South Rim. Once you find your way to the North Rim area the hike to Exclamation Point is a fairly easy 1.5 miles to this picturesque spot and a great payoff for the hours of driving.
